What if my dog chews it?
No leash is chew-proof, and we won't pretend ours is. It's built for dogs on the move, not dogs left alone with it. You've got 90 days to find out if it fits your life — free returns, we cover the shipping.
How long is the leash?
60 inches from belt to carabiner — sized so your dog moves with you. Plenty of line for sidewalks, trails, and coffee runs, and none left over to trip on or get lost handling. Clip in, go, hands free the whole way.
Will it fit me?
Belt adjusts 28″ to 50″ — fits most adults from petite to plus-sized, with or without a jacket. Worn cross-body, the shoulder loop fits the same range. If you're outside that range, send it back within 90 days and we'll cover the shipping.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the strap under the tap — most stains lift with water. Stubborn stuff comes off with a drop of dish soap. Rinse the hardware after the beach. Skip the long soaks, it doesn't need them.
What if it doesn't work for me or my dog?

First time I used it it was great, but then it got wet and now the waist clasp doesn’t stay shut, this is only the second time I used it. Not for active dogs or the mountains!!!!! Very frustrating considering the cost!!!!!

What you're describing is almost always trail grit that got pulled into the magnetic buckle, and it clears out in about a minute with a little attention. I've emailed you the steps. I cannot speak more highly about this company’s customer service, and the strength of the leash. It is super soft and easy to go around a body of *any size* as I’m a size small at 5’7” and my partner is well over 220lbs and 6’, and even he has plenty of room! Yet we don’t have to anjust the “body loop” because it falls perfectly in its design no matter who is using it. An added bonus is the little handle you can grab near the hook on the dog’s collar or vest (near the clip) which is unique to this type of leash. I accidentally ordered the wrong color, emailed Customer Service, and within minutes, the Owner contacted me be had swapped it out with the right color and ensured I got the one I wanted. When on earth does that happen in this world of online shopping? Then, I thought this is a large company, and it must take a while until I receive it, and yet the gentleman had personally sent the leash *so quickly* that I received it probably two days later. My dog loves it, I love it, and my significant other, who also uses the leash, loves it as well. We use it around the block, on long walks and jogs, and even more so, at the beach. One thing my dog has learned to do with this leash is not pull, because she specifically knows the distance between the human and the length of the leash, so it essentially trained her to “herl” because they’re always going to be on one side of you, and the lengths consistent, in comparison to the retractable leash is previously used where she kept trying to pull. I’m a real human based in California and I think this is a fabulous leash!

Game changer! Love the sturdy but also soft silicone. It’s a sleek upgrade to my previous hands free leash. The only request I’d make about future improvements would be the option to manually shorten the part connecting to the dog.
Love the metal buckle and its unique design, I feel way more confident about it holding up to my dog’s pulling than any previous one. Also the carabiner that attaches to the dog is very sleek and sturdy, plus way faster than my previous carabiner that required screwing on and off.

I bought this leash for an upcoming solo hiking trip to Colorado Springs with my golden retriever. The leash quality is fantastic and the hardware is perfect. The length is also perfect. Definitely worth the extra cost.

This leash is fantastic, I always look for this type of locking carabiner and have another traditional leash with it that’s made of climbing rope. I’ve struggled to find a hands-free leash that has a clasp I trust though, they always look like they could accidentally release too easily. I saw this one on Instagram and was immediately interested because of the sturdier locking clasp. I used it for the first time last week on a hike and at some wineries, it was great all around. I also love the magnet that guides the clasp easily into place. Before trying it I wondered how much I would need to readjust it since I have a herding dog that likes to dart from side to side on the trail, but it stayed in place nicely and didn’t tug at my shirt. Wonderful leash!
